Come to Momma, anointing, intention, oil, self care, infusion, rose, rue, spiritual, house blessing, grounding oil, manifesting, affirmation

$5.00

Anointing oil has been used in spiritual practices as long as we have recorded out history.

My oils are potion handed down through the herbal healers in my family, found in grimoires and some original creations I’ve learned on my own path.

This offering is an oldie. The plant allies in her are often referred as a Love and Money blend although they are so much more than that.

Suggested uses for Come to Momma oil are:

Personal anointing by applying to head, shoulders, back of hands and the tops of our feet.

Home: Swiping window sills, door steps and thresholds to draw and attract friends and prosperity.

Brooms benefit from a touch of this oil before sweeping off porches and porch steps to bring luck and health to the home.

I use a base of virgin olive oil and MCT oil and add to it frankincense, lavender, Myrrh, benzoin (Copal), Rose and hemp.

Botanicals are added to the infusion to enhance the drawing ability as well as salt for protection.

Tigers eye for clarity and deflection of negativity

Amethyst for Love and friendship

Moon Stone for setting of intentions

Quartz points for happiness and fortune

Apply 2-3 drops to the palm of your hands and apply to tops of shoulders, hands and feet as well as running it through the top of your hair. It smells wonderful and has a very calming and happy effect.

The plant allies and oils she holds are believed to deflect negative energy, protect the wearers own vibe and keep your space safe and happy.

Anointing oils are often used with prayer and meditation to allow for focus and clarity.

We provide a care card for suggested use of our oil but you are always encouraged to find your own way as well.

Available in our clear glass bottle for 2 Oz (60 ml) size or a travel size amber drop bottle.

In compliance with Etsy’s policies this is offered as a curiosity and not a cure, treatment or magical spell, it’s a self care intention oil.

Frequently Asked Questions

My wick is difficult to light, or won’t stay lit the first few times.

The wick is too far above the surface of the wax when the candle is initially lit – Solution: Make sure the wick is trimmed to be no longer than 1/4” – 3/16” / 6.4mm – 4.8mm above the wax. This is counterintuitive, as we think a longer wick will make a larger flame, but it will not. The longer the wick, the harder it is for the wax to flow up to the top.

Are Soy Candles Safe?

Now let’s talk about wax. Unless you are eating your candles (which you shouldn’t be) you don’t need to worry about them being produced with “Organic Soy wax”. This is good because organic soy wax doesn’t exist.

The process of converting the oil into a wax itself renders the wax ineligible for organic certification. Even if a manufacture used the 5-9% of soybeans grown in the USA that are Organic Bean, the process itself makes them not organic.
Should you worry about this? The simple answer is no, soy wax is safe.

You should worry about a company that claims their soy candles are organic.
We use wax made with only Midwest Grown Soybeans.
