    Chest and Muscle Dope, an ages old at holistic herbal treatment for coughs, congestion, sore muscles, aches and pains.

    We start with our extra thick skin potion filled with rich emollients including shea butter, coconut cream powder, cocoa butter, argan and Meadow foam seed oil.

    We then blend relieving essential oils and tinctures including peppermint, eucalyptus, menthol, camphor, mullein and mugwort, to name a few.

    You will feel the tingle of the powerful essential oil blend the moment you rub this cream into your skin.

    The rich cream acts as a carrier oil to allow the essential oils to work while still being gentle on your skin.

    All served up in a reusable cobalt blue glass jar with a lined metal lid just like Mom used to use.


    Cold and sinus symptoms:

    •Apply to clean chest and neck for chest congestion and coughing.
    •If you are suffering from congested sinuses, relief may be had by applying to the bottoms of clean feet and applying socks at bedtime.
    •Apply to chest, tops of shoulders and neck before showering in safely hot water set to gentle mist for steaming effects.

    Sore Muscles and aches:

    •Apply to area that are aching and gently massage in for muscle relief.
    •Apply immediately after showering when muscles are at their loosest or just before bed to allow the potion to penetrate and work as you rest.

    Never use on children under the age of 10 without the consent of their Care provider as this potion contains essential oils and allergens.

    Always wash hands thoroughly after use and avoid face and eyes.

    Consult your healthcare provider for a severe cough, flu-like symptoms or in the event of a temperature accompanying any sinus or cough issues.

    Holistic treatments are intended to be used in concert with treatments prescribed by your healthcare team or for minor symptoms.

    My wick is difficult to light, or won’t stay lit the first few times.

    The wick is too far above the surface of the wax when the candle is initially lit – Solution: Make sure the wick is trimmed to be no longer than 1/4” – 3/16” / 6.4mm – 4.8mm above the wax. This is counterintuitive, as we think a longer wick will make a larger flame, but it will not. The longer the wick, the harder it is for the wax to flow up to the top.

    Are Soy Candles Safe?

    Now let’s talk about wax. Unless you are eating your candles (which you shouldn’t be) you don’t need to worry about them being produced with “Organic Soy wax”. This is good because organic soy wax doesn’t exist.

    The process of converting the oil into a wax itself renders the wax ineligible for organic certification. Even if a manufacture used the 5-9% of soybeans grown in the USA that are Organic Bean, the process itself makes them not organic.
    Should you worry about this? The simple answer is no, soy wax is safe.

    You should worry about a company that claims their soy candles are organic.
    We use wax made with only Midwest Grown Soybeans.

    We use only phthalate free fragrance oils and essential oil blends in our products.

    At this time, we cannot accept returns, however we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our beloved customers. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible. If you have an issue, please contact us for help.

    Packages received back to us as RTS (Return to Sender) may be resent at your request by purchasing a postage listing customized for your parcel.
