    We craft a complete line of soulful products in our Witch in a Bottle line.

    Our products can be used alone if used together for a layering effect to provide all day delivery of our essential oils compounds.

    A beautiful blend of White Sage, Clary Sage and blue lavender essential oil and phthalate free fragrances.

    Perfect for the witch on the go who doesn’t have time or space to wave a smudge stick around all day long or for those moments where it is t practical to actually use a smudge stick due to smoke sensitivities or restrictions.

    We make our body lotions/ butters with all natural food grade organic butters and oils.

    Our sprays and roller bottles are ethanol free. We use natural stones for shaker beads to allow for even mixing, shake before use.

    If you love our fall/winter body butter you are going to love this! The same basic ingredients with super fat oils for a more light and heat friendly treatment.

    Pure essential oils are blended and the lotions are cold whipped to create a light and fluffy body cream that melts on contact and blends effortlessly into your skin.

    We use organic MCT oil for a carrier in our roller bottles.

    Our combination of oils and controlled hand blending process results in an easily absorbed treat for your skin.

    How do I trim and light my wood wick?

    If lighting seems difficult, the wick is too far above the surface of the wax when the candle is initially lit

     Solution: Make sure the wick is trimmed to be no longer than 1/4” – 3/16” / 6.4mm – 4.8mm above the wax. This seems counterintuitive, as we think a longer wick will make a larger flame, but it will not. The longer the wick, the harder it is for the wax to flow up to the top.

    We do not offer wholesale. Our candles are priced at wholesale price points to allow our customers the simple luxury of our candles for everyday use.

    Are Soy Candles Safe?

    Now let’s talk about wax. Unless you are eating your candles (which you shouldn’t be) you don’t need to worry about them being produced with “Organic Soy wax”. This is good because organic soy wax doesn’t exist.

    The process of converting the oil into a wax itself renders the wax ineligible for organic certification. Even if a manufacture used the 5-9% of soybeans grown in the USA that are Organic Bean, the process itself makes them not organic.
    Should you worry about this? The simple answer is no, soy wax is safe.

    You should worry about a company that claims their soy candles are organic.
    We use wax made with only Midwest Grown Soybeans.

    We use only phthalate free fragrance oils and essential oil blends in our products.

    Return policy

    At this time, we cannot accept returns, however we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our beloved customers. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible. If you have an issue, please contact us for help.
    How to file a claim with USPS
    To file a claim for insurance included with the shipping label you purchased, you need to file with USPS.

    Note: You must create an account with the USPS if you don’t already have one.

    For packages lost in the mail, you must wait 7 days before filing a claim. Claims for damages may be filed once the package bears a "Delivered" tracking event.

    What do I do if my item is received damaged or is lost in transit?

    We are happy to assist you with filing a claim with USPS if you received a damaged item or your package is lost.

    FILING CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES/LOSS is now the responsibility of the customer as USPS has changed their policies and often requires the recipient to present the damaged package along with proof of payment from your financial institute (with we do not have).

    Note: You must create an account with the USPS if you don’t already have one.

    ***When filing a claim with USPS, the damaged article, container, packaging, and any other items received must be presented to the Postal Service for inspection along with proof of payment from your financial institution. Be certain to safely save the entire box, label and all the contents.**

    Holiday Shipping

    USPS is experiencing critical demand this year and there is the possibility your packages will not arrive in time for your holiday. Etsy provides tracking numbers in your invoice as soon as we print your label and package your order. Please use this to check on your shipment as we can’t possibly respond to all the tracking and shipping questions at this time.

    Return to Sender packages

    Packages received back to us as RTS (Return to Sender) may be resent at your request by purchasing a postage listing customized for your parcel.
    We are not responsible for invalid addresses, forwarded mail or refused parcels and will not refund or pay return shipping.
    We will contact you via messages with a link to the shipping listing which will be active for 30 days.

    My item was damaged in transit, what do I do?

    We ship USPS priority insured so be need to worry, your parcel is insured.
