    **If you live in an area that has temperatures that are consistently above 90 degrees, please know that our lotions and creams may melt or become thin in the high temps during shipping. We do not use artificial emulsifiers to keep our products fluffy. While the consistency may be thin and the product may seem less than full, it is still an 8 oz fill, will still soften as well and the scent will not change.

    Most of us remember that fancy bottle labeled “Rose Water” that sat of our Grandmother’s vanity, this is our version.

    We use pure Rose Hip oil, in a base of true Rose Hydrosol. We added ethanol free Witch Hazel essential oil for its astringent properties to cleanse and fight bacteria.

    The natural fatty acids and Vitamin A in rosehip oil moisturizes the skin, but it also promotes skin regeneration, and is believed to improve skin flexibility.

    This means that rosehip oil toner can improve skin texture and even reduce the appearance of acne, scars or stretch marks and minimize pores. Rose hip oil and rose water (hydrosol) has been used as a folk remedy for wound healing, as well as reducing of marks and fine lines.

    We added natural Witch Hazel essential oil to our toner to help remove bacteria and refresh you skin. Organic Glycerin is added to help maintain your skins natural moisture and soften fine lines.

    We bottle our potion with organic tea rose petals and moon stone chips to help with blending.

    Available in a clear frosted glass bottle or shatterproof amber bottles (for travel). You can select your vessel from the drop down menu when ordering.

    How do I trim and light my wood wick?

    If lighting seems difficult, the wick is too far above the surface of the wax when the candle is initially lit. Always light at the wax level, not the top of the wick.

     Solution: Make sure the wick is trimmed to be no longer than 1/8” – 3/16” / 6.4mm – 4.8mm above the wax. This seems counterintuitive, as we think a longer wick will make a larger flame, but it will not. The longer the wick, the harder it is for the wax to flow up to the top.

    We do not offer wholesale. Our candles are priced at wholesale price points to allow our customers the simple luxury of our candles for everyday use.

    Are Soy Candles Safe?

    Now let’s talk about wax. Unless you are eating your candles (which you shouldn’t be) you don’t need to worry about them being produced with “Organic Soy wax”. This is good because organic soy wax doesn’t exist.

    The process of converting the oil into a wax itself renders the wax ineligible for organic certification. Even if a manufacture used the 5-9% of soybeans grown in the USA that are Organic Bean, the process itself makes them not organic.
    Should you worry about this? The simple answer is no, soy wax is safe.

    You should worry about a company that claims their soy candles are organic.
    We use wax made with only Midwest Grown Soybeans.

    We use only phthalate free fragrance oils and essential oil blends in our products.

    Return policy

    We do not accept returns or exchanges to ensure each customers order is fresh and new to them.

    We always suggest starting with the smallest size offered on new products to ensure you love it before adding the larger size to your collection.

    We always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our beloved customers. If you have received a damaged item we will help you file your claim with USPS, if you received the incorrect item we will replace it as soon as possible. If you have an issue, please contact us.

    What do I do if my item is received damaged or is lost in transit?

    We are happy to assist you with filing a claim with USPS if you received a damaged item or your package is lost.


    FILING CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES/LOSS is now the responsibility of the customer as USPS has changed their policies and often requires the recipient to present the damaged package along with proof of payment from your financial institute (all things we do not have).

    Note: You must create an account with the USPS if you don’t already have one.

    ***When filing a claim with USPS, the damaged article, container, packaging, and any other items received must be presented to the Postal Service for inspection along with proof of payment from your financial institution. Be certain to safely save the entire box, label and all the contents.**

    Holiday Shipping

    USPS, UPS and FedEx are predicting critical demand again this year (Oct 3-December 31), there is the possibility your packages will not arrive in time for your holiday.
    We provide tracking numbers on your invoice as soon as we package your order and print your label. Your order will be picked up by the next business day after we package.
    Please use your tracking number to check on your shipment, as we can’t possibly respond to all the tracking and shipping questions during the holidays.

    Return to Sender packages

    Packages received back to us as RTS (Return to Sender) may be resent at your request by purchasing a postage listing customized for your parcel.
    We are not responsible for invalid addresses, forwarded mail or refused parcels and will not refund or pay return shipping.
    We will contact you via messages with a link to the shipping listing which will be active for 30 days.

    Summer Lotion Shipping

    Please see our heat advisory at the beginning of each listing as high temps (80 degrees +) can cause melting, settling(may appear less full) and thinning of lotions. Please only purchase if this is a risk you are willing to take. We do have express shipping offered to help prevent heat damage in shipping.
